Take a bowl add dal and rice washed and soaked for eight hours.
After 8 hours take a grinder jar add dal,rice,jaggery powder,salt and methi dana mix and grind make a batter.
Batter keep in side for 8 hours for fermentation.
After fermentation take a nonstick pan add oil then make a uttapsm garnish green chilli,onion and black pepper garnish and apply oil for both sides fry in both sides.
